I've just fitted the SH38X panniers to my Africa Twin. They look good and sturdy. The locking system is well designed. £400 for both panniers plus £189 for the fitting kit, works for me.
Delivery and communication from Bikeluggage was spot on.

I've just fitted the Shad 4P frame for SH38X panniers. My bike is a Africa Twin CRF1100 Adventure Sport 2020. All went well. Everything was included, flat washers, lock washers, Nylok nuts, socket head screws (Allen keys required). All the brackets (powder coated) fit perfectly, just follow the enclosed instructions.
A couple of points : the screws (self tapers) used to fasten the 4P extra parts are tork screws, make sure you have the proper tools.
Thread lock compound is advisable on some of the fasteners.
(Make sure you buy the extra part for the 4P system which are to be fitted at the back of the panniers).
Delivery (DPD) was fast, definitely would use Bikeluggage again.
