Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently ship throughout the UK, inc. Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man & Northern Ireland.

Q: Can I return items?
For all returns requests, it is necessary that you confirm your return with us within 30 days of your purchase.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
If you change your mind about the product(s) you have ordered and require a cancellation or would like to modify your order, then you must Contact Us as soon as possible.
As we offer same day dispatch on all in stock items, we process orders quickly and if we have already dispatched your order, we will be unable to action any updates or changes.
Q: Do you price match?
Yes! We offer a worldwide price match on all of our products against other online retailers. However, the final price match must reflect their total price at the end of checkout, including delivery fees, VAT and relevant import duties.

Q: What luggage is compatible with my bike?
To fit luggage to your bike, you'll first need a bike-specific fitting kit.
Finding the right kit for you is now easier than ever! Just use our Search By Reg, or you can Search by Make/ Model/ Year and the kits compatible with your bike will appear. Scroll down on this page to find all luggage compatible with the kit.
Q: What is required to fit my luggage?
To fit any luggage, Panniers, Tank Bags & Top Boxes, you'll need a bike specific fitting kit. These kits are sold separately and is all you need to fit your luggage.
A mounting plate is also required for Top Boxes, we include the correct mounting plate with every Top Box order!
Q: Where can I find fitting instructions for my product?
All of our products are delivered with a set of fitting instructions, for Top Boxes these will be on a QR code.
However, if you would like to see them prior to purchase, you can find an instructions document under the ‘Technical Details’ heading of each product description.
Q: What should I do if i loose my key?
SHAD don’t supply individual spare keys, but you can buy a replacement lock barrel with new keys from our website.
Simply search for your luggage spares (for example, “SH44 Spares”) and select “Lock & Keys”. You’ll also find a video on that page showing how to replace the barrel
If your luggage does not have spares available you can have a copy made at your local locksmith.
Q: Can one SHAD Fitting Kit be used for multiple bikes?
SHAD fitting kits are designed and tested specifically for each model and year of motorcycle. We are unable to guarantee any fitting kits are compatible with bikes with a model or year that differs from the one it has been listed for.
Q: Will my SHAD products with with third-party products?
SHAD products are designed to be used with other SHAD products. They may be compatible with third-party products but we cannot make any guarantees as they haven't been tried and tested together.
