Ordering & Delivery

Where do you deliver in the UK?

We deliver across the UK, including Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us as soon as possible, we can usually help with changes or cancellations before dispatch. Please Contact Us straight away.

We dispatch in-stock orders quickly, and once an order has shipped we cannot make further changes.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase by submitting a return request.

Fitment & Compatibility

How do I find luggage that fits my bike?

Use our Search by Reg or search by make, model and year to find luggage and fitting kits that match your bike.

Most luggage needs a bike-specific fitting kit, and compatible products are shown together on the product page.

What do I need to fit SHAD luggage?

You will usually need a bike-specific fitting kit to install SHAD luggage, including panniers, tank bags and top boxes.

Top boxes also need a mounting plate, and we include the correct plate with every top box order.

Can one fitting kit be used on different bikes?

No, fitting kits are specific to the bike applications listed on the product page, including model and year.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee fitment on bikes outside the listed applications.

Are SHAD products compatible with other brands?

SHAD products are designed to work with other SHAD products.

Some third-party combinations may fit, but we cannot guarantee compatibility where products have not been tested together.

Where can I get fitting instructions?

Instructions are included with your product, and many are also available before purchase in the Technical Details section on the product page.

For top boxes, fitting information may be provided via QR code.

What should I do if I lose my SHAD key?

SHAD does not supply individual spare keys, but you can order a replacement lock barrel with new keys from us.

Search for your luggage spares (for example, "SH44 Spares") and choose "Lock & Keys". If no spares are listed, a local locksmith may be able to copy your key.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes, we offer a worldwide price match. We compare against the competitor's full checkout total, including delivery charges, VAT and any import duties.
