SHAD SH40 Top Box inc Cargo Rack
The SHAD SH40 motorcycle top box is a medium-sized case that offers the ability to hold a full face helmet with the added incentive of a cargo rack for additional storage capabilities.
With the incorporation of the cargo rack, the SH40 top box not only retains the ability to hold a full face helmet but also builds upon the 40 litre capacity to allow you to carry additional cargo and guarantee it will remain safe and secure.
In addition, the SH40 incorporates a waterproof system, ensuring that the contents stay dry no matter the weather whilst further protection is provided for your belongings with the smart locking system.
The backrest and inner bag are not included but can be purchased separately.

Quality product and easy to set up and install. I purchased the top box for my BMW XR to give me secure storage whilst out and about. It’s an ideal size for me and stores all my kit which I carry, either camping or for ride outs.

Bought the original Shad Rack as the bikes one was very expensive. Also ordered the large plate for when I eventually got around to buying a top box.I ordered online the Shad SH40 cargo which arrived from DPD a few days later.at first I couldn't see how it would fit on to my rack so I called Bikeluggage and spoke with Alex who explained that maybe the plate included in the deal was already attached to the box and once I released it I would see what's what.sure enough everything looked familiar and was a doddle to attach .Great product with quality parts and well made at a great price .Recommended.

SH40. Bought the back rest and top mounted rack for strapping on extra luggage if required. Enough space for 1 full face helmet and my work boots. Any more than that and you should get a larger one. No instructions for fitting the box mounting plate as both this and the generic nuts and bolts are multi bike adaptable so had a few bits left over. This really is no big deal to work out and am very pleased with the box.

Big, smooth closure, i like the top cargo lock.
The locking mechanism is a bit of a weird one, the handle locks in place to cover the unlocking bit.

Bike luggage themselves were absolutely amazing. Made a mistake (my fault entirely) sent an email , and quite literally first thing they did was sort it all out. No issues at all.
As for the top box, yep ..does what it says , good size , good quality and easy to fit.
All in all a great purchase all round.
