Returns

Doesn't fit or just not happy with it? You can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. You'll also be notified if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 working days.

Please note that we may refuse or provide only a partial refund if the returned product shows signs of being fitted or used.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. However, if our warehouse has dispatched your order, we can not update or change it. You can edit or cancel an order by getting in contact with us via: Contact Us

We offer a worldwide price match on all of our SHAD products, promising to meet the price of any other online retailer.

The final price that we offer to match is subject to the alternative website having the item(s) in stock and accounts for their price at checkout. This reflects the final price they offer after their inclusion of delivery charges, VAT and any relevant import fees.

How it works

If you find the same product offered at a lower price by an alternative online retailer, we will match that price. Simply follow the two steps below:

1. Find a Lower Price & Send a Request: If you find the same item being sold for a lower price at another online store, simply visit the corresponding product page on our website and fill out the price match form.

2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request. If approved, we'll email you a discount code that you can redeem at checkout.

Criteria

Manufacturer warranty

SHAD products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty, provided they are correctly fitted, used with the listed compatible products, and show normal wear and tear. If an issue is found we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. However, this depends on the issue and product.

All of SHAD’s product testing has been carried out using the original, unmodified european spec motorcycles. Please be aware that SHAD items have not been tested with third party cases and racks and as a result, any SHAD items used with third party, modified or altered products will not be covered under the SHAD warranty.

Warranty Process

If you do happen to have a problem with one of our SHAD products, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. From there, we can assess if it is a warranty issue or not. Please note, we may require photos/videos of the problem in some cases.

Return Shipping

Depending on the problem, we may need you to return the item to us for further inspection. The customer covers return shipping, and if a fault is found, the return shipping will be refunded (up to £9.99).

In warranty cases, we recommend shipping products back to us in original packaging. However, if this is no longer available, then the customer is responsible for sourcing appropriate packaging for the return. Please be aware we are not responsible for damage during return transit.

Return Number

Warranty returns require a returns number. Once given, please note it on a piece of paper and add it in with the warranty return package. Without this number, we will not be able to identify the buyer, which may prolong warranty process.
