Fitment Guarantee

When you use Search by Registration, we only show products compatible with your bike. If an item is proven not to fit, our Fitment Guarantee has you covered.

We will:
- provide a free return label
- issue a full refund
- refund your original shipping costs

To start a return, simply use our online returns portal and select the relevant reason. You may be asked for photos beforehand so we can resolve the issue quickly.

The Fitment Guarantee does not apply to modified bikes or ignored compatibility warnings.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return any new, unused and unfitted item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts, fixings and instructions.

For no-fault returns, customers will need to cover return postage. Return shipping labels can be purchased within the returns portal.

What happens next:

Once you have submitted your return request, our team will review it and confirm the next steps. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

If you purchase a return shipping label through the portal, you will only be charged once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2–5 working days.

If a returned item is not in its original condition, we may reduce or decline the refund.

Manufacturer warranty

SHAD products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty, provided they are correctly fitted, used with the listed compatible products, and show normal wear and tear. If an issue is found we may offer a repair, replacement or refund. However, this depends on the issue and product.

All of SHAD’s product testing has been carried out using the original, unmodified european spec motorcycles. Please be aware that SHAD items have not been tested with third party cases and racks and as a result, any SHAD items used with third party, modified or altered products will not be covered under the SHAD warranty.

Warranty Process

If you do happen to have a problem with one of our SHAD products, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. From there, we can assess if it is a warranty issue or not. Please note, we may require photos/videos of the problem in some cases.

Return Shipping

Depending on the problem, we may need you to return the item to us for further inspection. The customer covers return shipping, and if a fault is found, the return shipping will be refunded (up to £9.99).

In warranty cases, we recommend shipping products back to us in original packaging. However, if this is no longer available, then the customer is responsible for sourcing appropriate packaging for the return. Please be aware we are not responsible for damage during return transit.

Return Number

Warranty returns require a returns number. Once given, please note it on a piece of paper and add it in with the warranty return package. Without this number, we will not be able to identify the buyer, which may prolong warranty process.
