BL are probably a victim the same as me, but ordered a replacement pannier lid; a standard item which equally fits left and right, plus is the basis of the top box lid. No worries? 2 months later it arrives! BL went AWOL when they realised that I wasn't impressed with the delay which was a poor show by them.
