Nice product

Great quality budget panniers from Shad that really help with additional luggage capacity for an upcoming motorcycle trip. Fully lockable and are also locked to the Shad pannier rack. Easily installed on my Voge 300 Rally and equally easy to remove when not needed.

, wanted them for every day use as my other shad panniers are a bit wide for heavy traffic filtering . All ready had the fitting kit on the bike just had to swap the end bits , but great boxes

I bought these panniers to fit to my Honda Rebel 500. Using the 3P fitting kit these are easy to mount and remove as required. They are just the perfect size, big enough to hold the essentials and not too in your face that they spoil the lines or look of the bike A++

Easy fit, and panniers look and work great

I purchased these for my 2020 Kawasaki Z900 ABS.
After fitting the 3P mounting brackets, which was straightforward, the panniers fit quite easily , although you have to fit different [supplied] blocks on the 3P arm ends. Easy enough with a Philips screwdriver. The panniers open and close straightforwardly and feel secure when locked withr the supplied key.
There is a spare key and spare barrel lock should some low life try to force one.I’ve no reason to believe they are not as waterproof as claimed as they seem sealed securely around the lid.
With these I won’t need to overfill the 30L
Roll bag I normally take.
As a compulsive filterer, width was a bit of a worry so here’s the figures for a 2020 Z900…
Bar end to bar end - 32 inches
Mirror corner to Mirror corner - 33.5 inches
Pannier to Pannier -absolute widest point - 35 inches.

As i already have the Shad SH36 i know what quality I was getting and they don't disappoint 😊
SH36 are great but a little to big for everyday use so the SH23 fit perfectly

The Shad SH23 complements the bike, nice lines and well made, came with locking end caps for the 3 point side rack, plus a matching lock, so both panniers and my SH40 Cargo open with the same key, which is great.

Kit fitted really well, had to swap out one of the bolts it was too short but another provided fitted fine (perhaps an instruction typo). Hard panniers great quality, good amount of space and lockable too. Had to swap out the plastic fitment on the 3P kit but this is provided with the panniers, the part that locks the panniers to the rack on the bike. Look good on the bike too. I chose the white trim inserts too to match in with the sport livery on my bike - very neat.

I have a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 and wanted a pannier system. My preference was for small, hard, panniers, which would complement the look of the bike. Obviously price was a major consideration too. After much research I chose the Shad 23L panniers, which fit their quick release mounting racks. These look great on the bike, are top opening which means things don’t fall out, and are perfect for my needs. They also hold surprisingly more than you would think. The system is easy to fit and is solid when installed. I can most definitely recommend them.

These panniers fit the bill as a easy enough way to carry enough stuff for a long weekend away without being too wide 👍

Really pleased with these. Replaced the soft zip Yamaha ones as these are actually lockable and waterproof. Good price too. Only thing I found a bit rough was the fitting instructions (there were none) so had to figure out how they connected to the racks and then realised had to chnage the end of the racks to these ones. Would be much easier if that was specified. One bit I did love, bought top box too, they sent me an extra barrel to replace the top box one to I’ll have one key that fits the lot. Really nice touch.

Excellent price and great service

Bought the SH23 panniers to fit to my 2023 Ninja 650 as Kawasaki only offer soft ones. Bought on conjunction with the brackets, which were easy to fit and relatively unobtrusive with the panniers removed. The panniers themselves are of a good size, sturdy and secure when fitted, which in itself is a very easy task, both for fitting and removal. Panniers also came with an additional lock to enable a top box to be keyed the same so only one needed for all!
Overall, very pleased with my purchase and all looks good on the bike.

The only dilemma was I thought the locking plastic chock was the same for all shad panniers and it isn’t
The one supplied with the frame was different to the one coming with the panniers

I wanted smallish solid panniers but didn't want to remortgage the house or sell the children to buy BMW Vario cases.
These are ace! Not too bulky, easy to fit and fantastic value. Only 23ltr each, but solo touring with minimal kit they suit fine.

SHAD23 boxes and rack fitted to a BMW R1250GS

Fitted well and went on in about an hour, the exhaust side can be a pain if like me you have an after market exhaust as the bracket is made to go with the stock exhaust. I ended up having to use a couple of spacers and a different length bolt. Other than that all lovely and fitted well.
