The locking system is a bit fiddly to use but, other than that, it's a good sized top box that suits my needs.

Excellent as always from Shad. Easy fitting and looks awesome. Just a heads up though. The base plat is slightly smaller than the plate on my sh 48 on my other bike. No real problem as the the top box comes with the plate and all the fittings. I just wont be able to do a quick swop with the two bikes i have. Well happy though.

Excellent choice for me. Great balance of size and looks. Suits my Honda 1100XX. I mounted the top box tray straight onto my rear luggage rack. Simple to do as it’s a universal fitment. This looks slick enough but add the top box and it’s a great way to carry reasonable sized loads. It’s very well made and looks like a factory addition. Certainly up to the gold standard finish of the SuperBlackbird. I’ll be going up to Unst on the ferry tomorrow and this box lets me carry 46lts of kit very securely. I’m teaming this with my Keiga US20 and R30 backpack and a Givi tank bag. Very pleased with that selection and it provides the right mix of secure loads and mobile rucksack for on the ferry. Would consider SHAD panniers based on the high quality SHAD SH46.

Bought this top box for my tiger 850 sport overall it looks great has ample room for my bike chain and lock disc lock helmet and spare gear. Great service easy to install and fit very happy

A good size without being too bulky, look good on my scooter and I like the red reflector.
I found it hard to remove the base plate from the top box when it arrived. It took a while to work out the best way to do this and I had to prise it off with a lever.

Shad top box spot on easy to fit lovely high quality product

A well made piece of kit. The top box mounting plate comes attached to the box. This caused a bit of confusion, as there were no fitting instructions for the top box. There were numerous fittings in the box, which added to the confusion. You only need to use four bolts.

Well made box that is easy to operate. The base plate was quite difficult to remove from the box in order to fit the plate the bike. Once that was done everything works well.

Good size top box which snuggly fits 2 full face medium helmets including comms systems. Box doesnt look too big for NC750 size bike. Only downside is the lid doesn't open against it's stay straps, has a tendency to fall closed, hence 4 stars and not 5. Easy to fit.

Easy to install and perfectly fits a tiger 1200 with a separate mounting plate. Well anchored and easy to remove. Inner bag is extra nevertheless worthwhile. Great inner holding straps. Good quality and aerodynamics.

great top box , room for 2 helmets, comes with plate ,brackets, bolts etc i recommend buying the padded backrest at the same time as its cheaper than getting the backrest later as i did, so if you carry a pillion the backrest is great.

For the price, this top box is a lovely spacious design, And with the plate that comes with it, with a bit of thought you can mount on any motorcycle.

Robust top box which is easy to put on to, or take off, the mount. Installation reasonably straightforward.

Bought this to fit my Kawasaki Vulcan S.
Had the touring kit on my bike so already had a sissy bar and backrest.
Brackets had 3mm wider fixing centres than Kawasaki back rest so had to fettle slightly but top box fitted fine.
Only used it a few times but quality of locking mechanism seems good

Bought a Shad top box and rack for a Kawasaki Z900rs and it fits perfectly and looks nice. Clear instructions and fast delivery.

Had the previous shad 46 but shad had correct something I didn't like on the previous model and it's when you raise the lid it wouldn't stay open u had to use one hand t hold it open but now it stays open on this new model. Service was fast and effortless. Happy customer.
