Fitted my 2024 model perfectly, well designed

Contacted Bike Luggage with an enquiry - have to say what a fantastic team - had a couple of emails and then a call where they went through everything I asked about and I then purchased a Shad tank bag TR10 with the tank ring for the Africa twin.

communication and service was excellent item was despatched that day and arrived less than 24 hours later in time for my trip to Spain.

They additionally sent detailed instructions by email which were a great help.

The fittings were easy to fit, about 2 hours and they are fitted securely.

Quality item, easy to fit, very easy to attach SH23 Shad panniers. Had to swap out the plastic fixings on the 3P kit that panniers lock to - these are provided with the panniers - easy to do. Really pleased with the fit.

Kit fitted really well, had to swap out one of the bolts it was too short but another provided fitted fine (perhaps an instruction typo). Hard panniers great quality, good amount of space and lockable too. Had to swap out the plastic fitment on the 3P kit but this is provided with the panniers, the part that locks the panniers to the rack on the bike. Look good on the bike too. I chose the white trim inserts too to match in with the sport livery on my bike - very neat.

Nicely made, sturdy product, easy to fit onto shad SH23 pannier set up. I fitted a top box to the rack and used a mounting plate that was supplied for my Goldwing, Good support from the team, thank you.

A must for any pillion. Easy to install . Durable and most of all , comfortable

Well impressed with this addition. Easy to install and very useful for roll up items that don't fit inside luggage.

I bought these rather than the triumph ones because of the price difference. They are great quality and fitted a treat.

Description says up to 2012 to 2017 after checking with BMW the rack is the same as newer models, purchased your kit and fitted to my 2020 model with no issues, maybe time to update description as you nearly lost a sale, otherwise a great service thanks

Orders at the same time as the mounting bracket. Optioned the passenger back rest and different coloured insert. Two holes have to be drilled through the box to attach backrest, but drill points marked on ‘box so easy enough. Nice bit of kit and arrived on time and excellent service.

Nice well made piece of kit to add a top box.
Fitting instructions were basic but easy to follow and linked online from the product.

Fantastic top box specially as you can pick colours looks great in white top the seat rest I’ve been told by the pillion is perfect position so very happy and the service from bike luggage was second, and none got all parts within two days great service.

great top box , room for 2 helmets, comes with plate ,brackets, bolts etc i recommend buying the padded backrest at the same time as its cheaper than getting the backrest later as i did, so if you carry a pillion the backrest is great.
