SHAD SH23 Panniers
SHAD SH23 motorcycle panniers are designed as a storage option that offers maximum mobility, allowing you to filter through traffic with them attached.
The waterproof, fully lockable panniers each provide a 23 litre capacity whilst conveniently opening from the top to give you easy access to your luggage even while on the motorcycle.
Sold as a pair of panniers, the SH23 cases are made to fit SHAD's ‘L-shaped’ 3P fitting system. The 3P fitting kits feature a reduction in frame size and in contrast to the bulkier rectangular frames, use just three mounting points which allow the panniers to have a lighter, aerodynamic design and increase your ability to filter through traffic.
While the smaller frame of the 3P kit and compact design of the cases already lead to an attractive appearance, SHAD offer an additional aesthetic enhancement with a range of optional coloured covers for the SH23 panniers.

Bought the SH23 panniers to fit to my 2023 Ninja 650 as Kawasaki only offer soft ones. Bought on conjunction with the brackets, which were easy to fit and relatively unobtrusive with the panniers removed. The panniers themselves are of a good size, sturdy and secure when fitted, which in itself is a very easy task, both for fitting and removal. Panniers also came with an additional lock to enable a top box to be keyed the same so only one needed for all!
Overall, very pleased with my purchase and all looks good on the bike.

Brilliant product, well chuffed
The only dilemma was I thought the locking plastic chock was the same for all shad panniers and it isn’t
The one supplied with the frame was different to the one coming with the panniers
